Spring Has Sprung

Interestingly, if you don't already know, March is the 3rd month in the Gregorian calendar and 2nd month in the solar calendar. What we do with this depends on our perspective.

The combination of the wood and fire elements this month ignite compassion, growth, realisation, creativity, adaptability and ability to recognise opportunities. If only this implies that every day is going to be bright eyed and bushy tailed. Life as we know is full of challenges, obstacles and illness are part of life. However, we can use the energies to help us navigate through it.

Here are some simple ways we can utilise this month's energies.

1. Spiritual connection through meditation, prayer or purification to attain realisation and foresight.

2. Emotional connection with yourself and others through gracious compassion, benevolence and plain ol' love.

3. Practice open-mindedness. Listen to what others have to say before jumping to conclusions.

In a world full of rage, selfishness and darkness, let March bring you hope.
